These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCPfiles.ai ("the Service"), operated by MCPfiles.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MCPfiles.ai provides a platform for storing, organizing, and searching artifacts from AI conversations. The Service includes a web application, REST API, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allow you and your AI agents to create, read, update, and manage artifacts within your account.

2. Accounts

To use MCPfiles.ai, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and choosing a subdomain. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and access tokens
• All activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by AI agents using tokens you generate
• Notifying us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account

Each account is for a single individual. You may not share account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to MCPfiles.ai ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you store on the Service and that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Access Tokens

You may generate time-limited access tokens to allow AI agents and third-party tools to interact with your account via the API or MCP server. You are responsible for:

• Using appropriate permissions (read, write, or full CRUD) for each token
• Setting reasonable expiration periods
• Revoking tokens when they are no longer needed
• Any actions performed using tokens you generate

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Store malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or spider the Service for data collection purposes

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep MCPfiles.ai available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Data Isolation

Each account is stored in a separate database. Your data is not shared with or accessible by other users. We maintain strict isolation between accounts at the database level.

8. Free and Paid Plans

MCPfiles.ai currently offers a free tier. We may introduce paid plans with additional features or higher limits in the future. If pricing changes affect your account, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• We will retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted
• All active access tokens will be revoked

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content stored on the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPfiles.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
